How to transition from kibble to raw food ?

For an adult dog or cat, you need to fast it for 24 hours, leaving it with plenty of water, and start with thawed meat meals for at least a week. Afterwards, you can give it frozen or semi-frozen meals to help clean its teeth. Fasting does not apply to puppies or kittens.

Is it normal for my pet's urine to be colored ?

If you use our Premium recipes, it is possible that your pet's urine may be colored. this can be caused by the beetroot we add to our recipes.

- About 2 to 3 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
Can I defrost the meat in the microwave to speed up the process?
- We advise against defrosting meat in the microwave, as the bones in the meat can cook and become dangerous for your pet.
